The National Galleries of Scotland (NGS) hold and exhibit some of the world’s finest collections of western art from Old Masters to the modern day. These holdings include the national collection of Scottish art, presented in an international context. The Galleries care for, research and develop the collections with the goal of sharing them with as wide a public as possible.
